As a photographer, it is the biggest honor to photograph a family through different seasons in life. To be entrusted with the privilege to document special moments and occasions as they become a family, and then adding little ones…there’s just nothing like it. We photographed Erin & Chandler’s wedding several years ago, and now we’re walking through this season of babyhood with their bundle of joy, little Peyton!

The photos speak for themselves, but let me tell you, Peyton is the most gorgeous baby I have ever laid eyes on. She was since the first time I saw her birth announcement on Facebook. I remember staring at my phone and wondering how she could be so beautiful when she was just born a couple of hours before! With a head full of dark curly hair, bright blue eyes, and perfect porcelain skin…she makes my job so easy! Not to mention she has the sweetest disposition!

Little peanut is 6 months old now, and here are a couple photos from her session! I loved doing this shoot in her nursery with little details like her great grandmother’s quilt on her rocker, a light pink dress that her momma wore as a baby, and a crib handmade for her by her uncle!
